Weekly Recommended Reading – 5/24/17

I’ve been slacking a bit lately here, but hopefully will be more consistent in providing content in the coming weeks. Below are a couple articles I found really beneficial this week, with the research summary of the RTS Project Momentum experiment being an absolute must read. Great information there to apply. It is rare to get 193 lifters to go through a standardized training protocol and study, but Mike T and RTS made it happen!
